About Me

“My mother said to me : “If you become a soldier, you’ll be a general, if you become a monk you’ll end up as the Pope.” Instead, I became a painter and wound up as Picasso.” – Pablo Picasso

A pad of paper is my canvas and a pen is my paintbrush. I’m just trying to be Picasso when I grow up.

My story began in preschool when I was donned with the “Architect Award” during graduation. Unfortunately, my ability to consume boxes of graham crackers in one sitting went unnoticed. Since then I have traded building blocks for a mouse and keyboard, but one thing remains true; I’ll never stop creating.

I love to tell stories and do so daily through various forms of writing, advertising, and digital media. There are few greater senses of accomplishments than crafting a solution to a brand’s problem in just a few words and killer idea.

When I’m not writing, I can be found playing or watching sports, taking on a woodworking project, or traveling to the beach. I’m currently living in the Queen City of Charlotte, NC. I don’t say “y’all”, but if you do we can still be friends.

Thanks for stopping by. Feel free to hang out with me on Twitter to see what goes through my mind on daily basis. It is only scary sometimes, I promise.

Come back and visit soon. This story is just beginning.
