I doubt many kids dream of being copywriters when they are little. I didn’t either. I wanted to be a professional baseball player, until the cruel world taught me that a necessary skill for that occupation is being really good at baseball. So I became a writer.
I like solving problems for brands and creating impactful ideas, and naturally I found a home in advertising. And right now I’m somewhere in between the point in my career of excited young guy level and have someone write my bio for me in third person level.
But just between you and me, I’ll always want to write my own bio. And it will always be in first person.
If you have a story you’d like help telling, I’d be happy to lend a hand. Or if you just want to chat with a friendly guy, I can do that as well. Sometimes, I can even do both at the same time.
