When our client Uniworld, a leader in the luxury river cruising space, came to us with the thought of repurposing a couple of their ships to create a spin-off river cruise line targeting a Millennial demo (a first in the industry), we jumped at the chance. I had the privilege to help craft the U by Uniworld brand/product from the ground up, beginning with a name, a look, a website, some videos, marketing strategy, audience insights, and a whole lot of love.
